RE:BNE's Decline rate and ARO
George98 wrote: Hey cashgreengold, BNE decline rate is 22% and BNE's ARO is $130 million for just 13,000 boepd. None of these figures are enviable and none of these figures support your allegation that BNE deserves a premium relative to its peers. BNE's ARO are equal to Cardinal's ARO although CJ produces 21,500 boepd. This figure shows that BNE has  lot of wells with little to no remaining value. So it is not only BNE's high leverage,  high key metrics and full dependence on a single producing asset with zero diversification. In short, BNE's model has many inherent flaws which prove that BNE does not deserve any premium. Actually it should trade at a discount because of all these fundamental parameters so BNE's valuation can implode at any time.

Lastly, ignoring those posters who post facts and disagree with you isn't smart at all. The smart investors read all the factual opinions to formulate an objective opinion.
