Higher interest rates !

Increase rates will hit all ultilities hard as they all borrow heavy to fund growth projects. BOC

has bump up 1 % ytd. Every .25 basic point cost millions in borrowing cost effecting the bottom line.

Downturn in N.America coming soon, time to go to gov't bonds where I can sleep at night.
