Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:7.1 million shares in HikuMy thoughts exactly.

7.1 million shares in Hiku

Worth approx. or close too $14 million dollars too APH. Canopy is offering $1.91 per share for hiku shares.

What the heck are they going too do with all the money?

They are going too have approx. $300 million minus the $55 million for their extraction facility so $245 million in cash.

What is their plan for that amount of cash? M&A??????
