No Respect

The American housing market is on fire. Just like in Canada.
The Canadian dollar is weak, so these american assets are more valuable every time the dollar drops.

I can't understand why we are not going up. I don't mind in the short term because it allows me to buy the stock cheap for now, but I feel I am missing something in my analysis.

What is missing? Why sell above 11.00?
