RE:RE:CEOWhat I really want to know is why would the CEO resign and recieve a $400,000 lump sum payment in lieu of all post retirement benefits instead of potentially recieving  $10.7-million if he were let go by the board of directors . What kind of deal was made with him and Ford ?
