If you want to invest if Canada Pure.v etc by all means chase the bottom on hyper evaluations and failures. People are trying to shake the tree, show me another USA focused play with European exposure that's better value. I have been around along time, not bashing or pumping this is 3x lower than the average mkt cap and has better assets and better information on their website.
