I disagree.....

Glencore is not stupid to violate the US law, before they agreed to pay in Euros they had a big team of lawyers who understood the complications of that decision, and I am sure they took that decision after days of debate and I believe they will not be affected by it.

DOJ is not happy that they were smart enough to dodge the bullet so they came back with this subpoena, I am sure they will not find any bribes in Glencore's conduct and everything will back to normal.

The main thing that makes me continue to hold my position, is how strong and fast Glencore reacts to bad news, and how they manage to get out it everytime.

Everyone wants a piece of the pie, and Glencore continues to fight....very impressive.
