Unlike James Anderson, I would like nothing more......Than to see someone successfully sell 1.673 million shares, and then find none for sale. Well, he did say, for their sake.
That was a quote from James' reply and his two exclamation points are loud and clear. He knows whether the placement is closed, but can't say.
If you were constructing a financing, wouldn't you try to build it around the biggest piece? There's always a chance it doesn't all close. You will recall the one with Tocqueville left part unsubscribed.
It is a major step forward to have an institution buy 2.5 million shares. At some point, others will realize that institutions don't invest even $500,000 without doing their due dilligence.
The same applies to whomever is paying $2,020,000 for the remaining 10.1 million shares. Another big step forward.
Others will learn, but you already know. Together, that's two major steps forward. Nice.
The fuse is lit.
