Why graphene hasn't taken over the world

Why graphene hasn't taken over the world

As investors, is anyone disappointed at the lack of progress made in the field of graphene.  Graphene was supposed to replace silicon and used in batteries.  Also the lack of advancement of carbon nanotubes?  I didn't know what that was until CHASM but it's another product where there have been no major commerical deals or advancement.  I know a lot of people invested in the graphene space hoping for some major breakthrough.  Maybe it's not as good as people thought it was.
