Appears .....Some big investors are trying to get out without panicking the pumpers. May be time to exit considering what TBP is and what they have. 100 million mkt cap is extremely overvalued especially when it’s based on hope and dreams. There isn’t much upside on a best case and news scenario but a dead cat bounce.   Be careful.
