Re:Re: Two big events

Re:Re: Two big events

From my last conversation with management just over a week ago, it was my understanding that the drilling was starting immediately, as the drill rig was on site and had been going through all checks and the engines had been running for 48 hours prior to my call. All the prep work had been done in the previous two weeks by the service rig. I would expect they are at least at least a week into drilling already. Management said that they were deepening the well that had already been drilled and once it was about 1,000 metres deeper they would pull this rig and replace it with a different rig to do the horizontal leg. They expected the drilling and fracking and completion would take about 60 days, the fracking and completion being the most time consuming of the process. Then it would be about another 30 days before they had a good reading on the results, after the frack fluid had been recovered. So I am expecting completion about the end of August, with ROE knowing the results by the end of September.

Management explained that this is being drilled as a tight hole with respect to information, so who knows when ROE will be able to release info to the shareholders and the public.

As for the Government approval on the migration, I have no info on that, but my understanding was that Pemex has approved all of the surrounding blocks to Amititlan for migration, except possible the Baker Hughes contract.
