RE:RE:Fwiw.......Hey cruise  --  we're speculating here, but if there was any truth to the .12 offer, I would think it would be all cash (maybe cash/paper), but not paper exclusively. 

Because we haven't received a formal buy-out offer (yet), I doubt we'll "see a .10-.11 stock after voting concludes."  But I think a lot of people like you are going to be thinking over the weekend that the sp looks very likely to have a solid rebound, especially after today's great NR from alexandria.  This NR brought us a big leap forward in confirming that ES et al will easily win the proxy vote.  It also increased the probability that alexandria will be sold if that is what is determined by the special committee as being in the best interest of shareholders.   Jmvho.
