Hoping Garth is creative in financing vs PP. ( don't want to dilute further at these price levels)

Quarter over quarter revenues now trending higher 2 so far and Q3 is looking to be the same. Condensate prices continue to rise (organic revenues will decrease requirements)
STAGE is doing well - will Garth take some of that $$ and add to his personal equity position?
Increase in the existing credit facility possible?
Sell some production to Tidewater in lieu of cash?
Capital provided by a major? I see giving up a little of his "share of the pie" to ensure that tie-in to Tidewater is a 100% success as being the "tipping point" to BBI making Garth and long-term investors some serious $$. So I agree with you, obtaining clarity on that issue seems to be the largest issue at hand and once defined will move the share price upwards - level of constaint controlled by amt of $$ raised and terms

Probably many other ways not listed above.
