RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Devil’s Advocate IMO, this was a planned manipulation to screw the retail investor. Maybe we can hope for another company to make a sweeter offer. The acquirer would get a nice bump in  revenue, consume their geographical sales footprint and dump all their headcount and expenses. Even with debt would be a win for the acquirer, considering what other acquisitions have been bought for.
