For 2 years, I read all press releases, financial statements, MD&A, documents of annual meeting ect... I go on the sites of SEDI, SEDAR ect.... All the informations which I have are in these douments and web sites. I invent nothing.
The only thing that I ask is the transparency. For 2 years, there is a total lack of transparency by the leaders of this company. I have never seen something like that.
The CEO has obligations, the CFO has obligations, the management has obligations and the board of directors has the obligations to check these people to be sure that everything is make correctly to the benefit of shareholders.
Ok. Now, we forget Costigan, Hu ect... Let us forget the last 2 years
I give a chance (another time) to Mr. Peck and let us see how is going to manage this company. Mr. Peck, if you read this, for the moment, the thing that the shareholders need is ''transparency''. And if you want some examples of lack of transparency by the leaders of this company since 2017, I can enumerate you tons of examples.

Don't put the whole responsibility on the shoulder of Mr. John Peck, contact TSX to leave ELT some chance to survice.
