Kolab and Dosecan

Kolab and Dosecan
serious question here not bashing, asking because I would like to get some intelligent insight. I am wondering if anyone actually knows if Kolab is in plants yet or have they been delayed to sept? I believe I read that Dosecan will be in plants by sept and was wondering if anyone can confirm that or have a good guess. thanks
