RE:RE:UNCITRALEasyoasy, it's still ongoing.  As well, David Hall-Jones - Winston & Strawn LLP also has not posted news of it being finalized.  These arbitration take years, just that I didn't expect this one to take this long, not yet in production and all.  But it's all procedural, not much we can do but to wait.

  • CBM PSC Arbitration.  Representing an Asian state-owned oil and gas company in a $1.6 billion UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitration arising from termination of a coalbed methane production sharing contract.

The following statistics showed that the case was accepted by the HKIAC in 2015 by looking at the "Total Amount in Disputes".  Unfortunately, with confidentiality and news blackout, these are all that we have to go on.
