RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The BULL market Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

From someone that has never been in the front door of a nuclear plant you are the least qualified person I know.

I do love your posts if only for the complete stupidity of them and they make me laugh so much.

Of course I am going to make you eat humble pie but you will be long gone from this board when that happens since you would not have the fortitude to stand the humiliation.

Inevitable eh. Can you put a probability on that? Using the English dictionary definition of the word that means 100% over any time frame. Well of course you are right...when the Sun turns into a Red Giant in a few billion years all nuclear reactors will meltdown simultaneuosly but none of us will be here to worry about that.

Nuclear power plants are designed to withstand earthquakes and they do very successfully. In Japan nuclear reactors are frequently subjected to earthquakes and take them in their stride. Indeed it was NOT the earthquake that caused the damage at Fukushima...the plant was one of the few buildings still standing in the area and local people were trying to get INTO the plant for safety. The sister plant just down the coast withstood the earthquake (largest on record) AND the tidal wave. Natural disasters will occur and plants will survive them.

Newer plants are even safer so sure natural disasters will occur. Nuclear plants will be unaffected by them.

Regarding the environmentalist movement. I am one of those and I helped pressure the Ontario Government intoi keeping Pickering Generating Station open until 2024 when it reaches its end of life. It works both ways my friend.
