RE:Memories

RE:Memories I don't think it was a ruse but it is a big change in direction.  That sentence you mention made sense to me and I remember the spreadsheet they had that showed after x amount of years they would be profitable.  They were willing to do orders of any type of graphite to make enough money to do Lochaber.  I guess that's why they're changing the name because they are very different.  Now it's highly processed, high margin, purified graphite aimed primarily towards the battery market.  They had that guy on the board who had connection with a company in Texas who was handling orders for micronized graphite.  It was we will supply graphite - synthetic or natural doesn't matter - so we can make enough money to forward the company.

What they're doing now is definitely higher risk / higher reward.  If they can't get customers to purchase this high-end graphite then they would be screwed.  This new plan is ballsy, it's either a home run or strike out.  Before they were just trying to make contact with the ball and in time they get what they need.  Let's see what happens, this is what small cap companies are about - go big or go home.
