Novo Resources Corp. is a gold explorer focused on discovering gold projects. The Company is engaged primarily in the business of evaluating, acquiring, exploring, and developing natural resource properties with a focus on gold. It has a land package covering approximately 6,700 square kilometers in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, along with the 22 square kilometer Belltopper project in the Bendigo Tectonic Zone of Victoria, Australia. Its key project area is the Egina Gold Camp, where De Grey Mining is farming-in to form a JV at the Becher Project and surrounding tenements through exploration. The Company is also advancing gold exploration at Nunyerry North. It focuses on undertaking early-stage exploration across its Pilbara tenement portfolio. It has also formed lithium joint ventures with both Liatam and SQM in the Pilbara which provides shareholder exposure to battery metals. Its Belltopper Gold Project comprises the adjacent Malmsbury and Queens projects.

Questions I Still Have – Answers From Leo

Here are the Q and A I had from the last Interview July 12/18. Leo’s answers are in bold.

Hi Leo,
My name is xxxxxxx and I am a Novo Shareholder. After watching the latest QH interview on July 12/18 I was left with a couple of questions;

Novo Resources' exploration program at Comet Well and adjacent Purdy's Reward is focused on gathering sufficient geological information to generate a mineralization report for the Western Australian Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, one of several items needed to convert an exploration license to a mining lease. Also, see below

1)Has enough work been done at C/W now to satisfy a mineralization report for this portion of the property? Not yet, our program is ongoing

2)Will the current work plan and budget at P/R be adequate to satisfy a mineralization report for this portion of the property? Yes

3)What is the expected date for the completion and filing of the mineralization report for the P/R and C/W project area? I'm hopeful by years end but it may very well stretch into next year

4) When will Novo release the next bulk sample assays? I'm told things are speeding up, possibly by the end of this month

5) When can we expect the next "update"? We will have a release today but the next big news piece will be results
