RE:RE:https://www.otcmarkets.com/risk-warningI think this is the warning you're talking about.  This is probably just because PAW hasn't put out any news or done any filings with the exchanges since 2015.  It looks like a standard warning, we all know that the only thing PAW has going on is waiting for a ruling from the Dubai tribunal.  The outcome of that is the only material information we know of that's coming.  PAW shouldn't even be trading right now IMO, the stock should be on hiatus until the dispute with Kenya is over.
