RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:doing a crash a burn here.
I just got off the phone with Kelly Castledin from Crius Investor Relations. She returned my previous call.

I was polite but staunch in asking for information.

When I asked what they were going to do about the falling price, her reply was Crius has no control over the market.

She claims that the financials are good and that they have enough cash flow to pay the distributions as well as maintain the debt and continue the NCIB. She didn't mention how many more units they intend to buy back but she did say the money was available internally.

She also said they've made arrangements with a contractor to sell of the SOLAR assets.

I asked her if she ever owned an old car no one wanted. She answered NO and I pointed out that SOLAR was like an old car no one wants to buy. No reply.

In essence, she stated they have no idea why the price is tanking.

I can't see any reason for this sell off either, other than the holders of the escrow units are dumping them at any price to get their money out of them as fast as possible.

I was also around in the mid $4 range and I have taken a lot of profits out of this investment.

As far as debt ratios go, from what I can see in the chart I posted last week their assets are much better now than they were 3+ years ago in relationship to their debt and payouts.

Time will tell all. I'm still long and hoping this will pan out in my/our favor.

GLTA the good folks here.
