Because I am still a director of the company I am constrained by certain confidential aspects to the events.

However, the short answer to easycoder's comments is that the Special Committee has only ever implied the dilution characteristics of a the approx. $20 million financing, while leaving never discussing what the dilution of their transaction would have cost shareholders.

I can tell you that it was a lot higher than the financing, with the end result that Alexandria shareholders would have been the losers of the Special Committee's sale, and the buyers would have been the decided winners.
