North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

Good idea Doc. This is a formal offer so this time NSU has no choice but to engage. LUN said that the new stability in Eritrea made them want to include Bisha in the offer. So all the claimed human rights abuses and wanting nothing to do with Eritrea means nothing to them now. Funny. The offer low balls Timok alone as it is $1.07 billion US cash for both Timok and Bisha and all exploration potential? Too low. This is where they throw in some stock. Need some dry powder (stock) to get this done. Maybe another $400C to $500C miillion in LUN stock closes this. As I repeatedly said while being repeatedly mocked "they need Timok more than RIO or FCX ever will".
