EMC on the TSX Buy Ins List for delivery failures....Delivery failures are the result of naked short selling....going short then failing to deliver the shares that were sold. You can read about it here:
https://www.tmxmoney.com/en/research/buy_ins.html At the bottom of that page is this line:
"Click here to access the most recent daily list of Buy-Ins for Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange"
When you click the bolded "Click Here" it will take you to a page that will allow you to download an Excel Spreadsheet with all the stocks that had delivery failures today.
