I suspect they're still looking and my abbreviated report made it sound like they've found someone. I would be surprised if they could find anyone to take that daunting task on. 

They are going to take a loss, no matter how hard they wish they won't. IMHO they should just shut it down and stop the bleeding. I suspect they can't because of contractual obligations.
