Some people will try to buy, some people will try to sell while some will hold until the offer is made in a proper way. Regarding "$100M" lower now it's a BS. First "offer" which wasn't an offer was $2cash+$2LUN+ $1 in wallpaper. Hence ~$4 CAD. With 50% of it being shares have no fixed value. Next one was $2+$2+ $0.50+$0.50 in wallpaper, i.e. $2.50 in cash and $2 in LUN shares that don't have fixed value. Hence, ~$4.50. This one is $4.75 all-cash. Straight and clear. In terms of the company's response ,well, ask the company. I think they don't have to respond to the offer which hasn't been done yet. What is clear is that LUN wants Timok badly. It won't give up easily. Just funny how some know-it-all guys here claimed that LUN was out of the picture . LOL. Apparently not.
