RE:Massive Insider Selling Friday

RE:Massive Insider Selling Friday

Clive Johnson sold 150,000 shares at $ 3.27 on July 13th??

Which was only 2.4% of his entire holdings. This could have been done for a plethora of reasons given how small of a transaction it was for him.

Thomas Garagan sold 60,000 over 3 transactions as well

The 60,000 transaction was only 1.7% of his entire holdings. Once again, could have been for a plethora of reasons.

In context these moves mean nothing and are minimal compared to their full holdings. It's really not even worth talking about. Why would they sell a ridiculously small portion of their holdings if something were wrong? Doesn't make any sense.
