LUN will not get my shares at C$4.75If it is US$4.75, it is possible, but not at C$4.75.
I mentioned a few weeks back, when first quantum acquired inmet and MMG etc acquired Las Bambas, both mainly copper projects, at 0.8X NPV. With UZ at 1.8 B US$, that's equivalent to 1.44 US$ alone, Bisha Cash US$150M, Bisha Asset, say another US$150, LZ, say US$150M, Exploratoty properties value US$50 M, that's US$1.94 Billions, that's US$6.25/share = CAN$8.12. We may not get US$6.25, say 80% of that is US$5.00/share.
LUN is too cheap, NO way NSU will accept it, and the management would say go F*ck yourself.
Also NSU can go it alone to develop the Timok project now.
Mostly likely, the management will get a third party in, likely Rio, FCX, and the Chinese.
I will hold, and wait out the final offer.
