RE:RE:RE:RE:Warrants are fore shadowing I'm conflicted on weather D9 can get boughtout or not. I'm certainly sure if we were to it wont be for more than 150m ( around $2.00 sp). So i've pretty much accepted that I wont break even on this investment if they were to sell.
The reason being, value (rather the lack-of). Comparitively, checkout what Aphria just bought (Scythian) for 193m.

Companies have to expand internationally now to justify their large mc's. Not too many people are concerned about regional craftgrowers, operating 4 out of 20 retail stores in a population of only 1.2m.
In regards to the stocks aweful performance (2nd worst performing canadian lp) management just likes to defelect and blame everything on shorters while avoiding any responsiblity.. it's the most childish thing i've ever read.
"The share price issue, by the way, is primarily (in my opinion) the result of very heavy shorting by certain parties who are hoping we’ll run out of cash, and be forced to take on a heavily dilutive financing at a low price. They are completely wrong. We have resources they don’t know about, and will deal with the short sellers in short order."
Dont bash your keys on a forum, voice your concerns here: communications@delta9.ca john.arbuthnot@delta9.ca AnMar wrote: I am starting to doubt that there will ever be a takeover, instead I think D9 will just get runover and become irrelevant.
As for the medical side of the business, isn't that irrelevant too? Why would you need a doctor's prescription anymore? Most of the medical users are self prescribing anyways, so who is going to be dumb enough to go to a clinic and spend $200 to have a doctor say it's ok to use MJ? D9's clinics will soon be obsolete and more wasted money. You better hope the kid doesn't spend all of the moeny before October.
D9 is the only grower that I know of doing the container grow method, maybe this method should have been tested over time to see if it is really a necessary expense.
Like I said long ago - going under $1
