Personnally, I don't think it was the problem that resulted in the halt. You really often see penny-flippers in single digits penny stocks. 

However, I messaged Hugh last week, he usually replies to me within hours. Haven't heard from him in a week. Maybe there's something he can't tell us at the moment (positive or negative.... who knows)
