Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Can we stop he share dilution?Good point Thorgb1. And the diluted 6.3% shares are "within family". SCYB will be in play in very near future. They are not going anywhere.

This is starting to piss me off, What are we doing with all our cash if all we ever do is print more shares in lieu of cash?

If we don't get this molson investment the stock price will not rebound unless we can show profit AND prove we are done diluting shares for a few quarters in a row.

Long time holder and made some profits already and reinvested lower but getting real pissed off.

Good God, it’s not like they have a billion shares out, like ACB will after the LEAF acquisition. Our share count is on par with our peers, and they are wisely being selective in the assets they are acquiring and are targeting international expansion and growth. We now have assets in Australia, Africa, Europe, and North and South America. Aphria is better positioned for international expansion than any LP.
