I hope Ms Castledine is as honest as she claims to be. 

There is a manager at Just Energy by the name of Debra Merril that took the brunt of the goings on there when that trusts price tanked. She stuck by the Manager all the way. 

Now she can't get a job anywhere else. 

There comes a time when these people need to get honest or it comes back to haunt them.

It hasn't though. No other job offers and not a single promotion since it happened. Same goes for her boss Rebecca McDonald. 
 

No promotion? So, she’s still working there? So’s her boss? There may be nowhere to promote them to at the moment. That is perfectly normal. No job offers? Is she actually looking, or are offers supposed to drop in her lap from a job tree somewhere?
I fail to see any news value here. Sounds totally normal.

That sounds good if you say it fast. They're on the payroll without any real position. 

I suspect it may have been part of the deal when the two billionaires bought in. 

I believe they are considered to be paid consultants.


I've heard they've both looked elswhere but it's a no go. 

Crius took on a manager from JE last year. Things started to go downhill very quickly.
