Hi Ryan,

The hemp CBD industry has been dealing with a lot of conflicting legal opinions since 2015 when the FDA deemed CBD to be a drug.  I haven’t heard of any CBD products being pulled from shelves in California since that latest report.  Though even if they pulled hemplify, it hasn't historically been a big revenue generator.  Hemplify was always meant to be a stepping stone to our THC drinks, and THC is where we forecast the vast majority of our sales.  If CBD were really being outlawed, I don’t think CW Hemp would be doing a $60 million IPO or that any of the other CBD-only companies like Isodiol, CV Sciences or Phivida would be trading at these valuations.  Also, given we have a THC line, we have the option of making a cannabis-derived CBD version of hemplify which would sell in dispensaries.

Best,
Jeff
