GROW WISE WAS STUPID ... Patient enrolment / registration is declining and that was a bone head move to incorproate it. Write that investment off as it was pure fiction. 

Whats next ... Dosecann? 

They raised a bunch of money ... PUMPED THE RETAIL MARKET HARD .... and now are caught with their thumbs up their butts thinking they screwed up ....
