The last deal is a signal of smoke and where there is smoke ... there is fire. 

Investing partial funds into another LP as a utilization of cash is stupid ... youre paying their market price for their stock to do the job you could have done yourself intiially and cheaper. 

Get out while this crashes and burns. 

They have NOTHING and all of their partnerships are a complete scam.
