Very seldom (not to say never) have I seen one organisation having entered into business with their rival for the sole purpose of destroying them. If you enter into such a type of agreement without legal and financial advice from professionals, without ensuring that there are safeguards and provisions to protect you against those threats, then one must be awfully stupid...or self destructive. If you believe that Bellemare is this kind of guy after you witnessed what he has achieved in the last couple of years, pack your bag and leave before it is too late for your sanity.
