actually re reading your post I must correct the misunderstanding, in the .20 round the hold really isnt a hold like we are use to seeing, the entire round is in a dribble out 1 yr hold of 20% every 3 months for 1 full yr after June 22nd list and not a lock down hold where nothing would be released for sale.Hope that answered your question
