Private retail in Ontario

Private retail in OntarioDoug Ford is apparently considering switching to allow private retail in Ontario. If so, I would think HIKU would benefit from this. It would allow them to execute their initial plans, and could even cause them to reject the Canopy deal. Anyone know if they still hold leases in Ontario for potential stores?
