RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Delta license ALR licensing 1. My thoughts on LPs: Buy licensed producers (geographical diversification and derisks assets) -> produce and sell cannabis wholesale and to retail end users. Acreage Pharms is for retail end users, whereas AB Labs is wholesale to Canopy. AB Labs will also wholesale to Acreage Pharms whenever product is needed. This has been stated by Dan Kriznic at a previous conference.
2. As for the ABG agreement and product brands:
"Invictus will tap into ABG’s portfolio to develop all-new, lifestyle-inspired cannabis brands that feature its high-quality products for patients and recreational adult users. Products will include dried flowers, oils and concentrates, and consumables that will be rolled out through Invictus’ wholly-owned and fully-licensed producer, Acreage Pharms Ltd. "
This means they will be selling branded cannabis products under the name Acreage Pharms (at the moment). You will probably see something like Zooey - by Acreage Pharms. Then in fine print on the back somewhere: Acreage Pharms is a division of Invictus MD.
3. For marketing agreements:
Vancouver, BC, July 11, 2018 - INVICTUS MD STRATEGIES CORP. ("Invictus" or the "Company") (TSXV: GENE; OTC: IVITF; FRA: 8IS1) today announced that it has entered into a licensing and marketing services agreement with Authentic Brands Group (“ABG”), a global brand owner and marketing company, to develop a collection of lifestyle-inspired cannabis brands that will launch initially in Canada and rollout in key territories around the world.
"Licensing and marketing services" - could mean anything. I think ABG will also help out with LP branding as the producer is also a big part of the brand.
