RE:just4bullIf Aeroplan want to restore its business integrity...the next step for Aeroplan is to STOP deactivating Aeroplan member accounts and deleting their points for "inactivity" so that Aeroplan members have points to travel with...purchase merchandise/services...transfer to other loyalty programs...in the future.
