BB ... The Math, as I see it.BB, this is probably difficult on a phone, so I'll show my math. OK, cheers!
1.079 million tonnes @ 0.91% = 9,819 tonnes Li2O
9,819 tonnes X 90% recovery = 8,837 tonnes
I'm using 90% recovery here ... might be overly generous!
8,837 tonnes X $15,000 per tonne = $132,555,000
8,837 tonnes X $20,000 per tonne = $176,740,000
Neither figure is anywhere near $300M. Current pricing of Li is around $15K.
Using a rough 10% for in situ valuation ... means NI43-101 Dyke 1 value is about $13 million dollars or about 13 cents a share.
Say all you want about Dyke 1 being open. Yes there could be more, but until that's proven it's kinda pie in the sky. Akin to saying that Li might be worth $35,000 a tonne in 2021, so lets use that figure in all our calculations today.
Listen folks, I want this to succeed as much as the next guy here! I've got a pretty hefty stake right now with a lot of dry powder in reserve. BUT ... this company has to start doing something positive before I get into it more. Since Keith's passing, it has not gone well. Yes, you can and have come up with every excuse under the sun as to why this stock is floundering. That's not the point. If this company is worth anything ... Toby, PROVE IT!
