You are right in many things and yes, they have not done everything right. Nevertheless, it could ultimately become a very cost-effective mine with an annual production of 100,000 ounces of gold - for at least 7 years. And for this view, the current market capitalization is a joke ... regardless of the number of outstanding shares and options.

Try not to use the term operating mine and speak about the investment.

A company can make a billion dollars but if it has 100 trillion shares what is the company worth as an investment.

There is a gross value of gold of 1.59 per share. A 7 year mine life would mean 23 pennies of gold each year. So what should the shares be trading at. remember they are not done printing paper by any means.

Now same exercise but on a net basis. Let's use an AISC of $800/ounce.
That would be a net value of 54 cents of gold per share
The yearly value would be .078 cents of gold per share

So what should the shares be trading at.


This is not a manufacturing company. When the gold is gone it is gone.
