can someone tell me what the hell is going on with this?

can someone tell me what the hell is going on with this?I've been seeing this make decent gains, but every time I seem to buy in, the price drops immediately and stays down for a while.    I ended up being a bagholder so far.  I'm sure I'll probably get my money back eventually, or even make gains if I'm patient, but what the hel| is going on with this stock?
