I find it amusing that you did not reply to any cray $4 buyouts only a post that had a realistic possibility, the deal that was to have first po 7 months ago may be off

How about, nobody has a clue. I can tell you it is not abnormal to have a deal of this magnitude take this amount of time. It is actually below average for military contracts to come to fruition.
