Did we read the same thing? Buried in the middle of the Information Circular was a fairly detailed report on the assets held in each state, the status of expansions, and the terms of certain ownership arrangements (e.g., Captor has a right to 75% EBITDA earned from MedMen stores). I'm not saying you should love or hate the details they provide. But you can't say they didnt provide them.
