RE:Forget Jay Wilgar he's a pawn-Niklas Van HaerenBattlemore, so this Niklas guy is getting screwed too by the lowered sp, for round number he owns about 104 million shares.   He obviously had a say in these PP deals,  he's part of the PP deals?  the math doesn't add up, he loses more by having the SP go down.
