You are completely uninformed as to the topography and the costs to build a road. A few hundred thousand???? Hahahahaha!!!!! Do yourself a favor and look at the photos on the website. This is extreme extreme mountianous terrain. All access is by helicopter only and yes it it a big cost - but that is the way it is.
