the proposed takeover of .73 cents is a total rip off benifiting sprott and major shareholders. The mill alone and adjoining properties are worth much more than this amount. Ilov and heystupid you are out to lunch saying this takeover is just. i am a long time shareholder in mto and expected a much better offer than this.Sprott and his henchmen have a big stake in both and are double dipping at mto shareholder expense. do you not agree that they are low balling this takeover
