-NATIONAL DISTRIBUTION PLAN IN Q3 - This is soon!  It indicates that there is a deal of some sort.
-New senior managment and products were rebranded - Beverages are not only still a go, they are better than before and more variety.  This is why they were removed from the website
-Marketing will be at the Fortune 500 calibre level
-Consumer feedback from focus groups was exceptional

Basically what this is saying is that there are amazing things to come.  Senior management rebranded and redesigned the beverage line with a national distribution plan....I see the next Monster, and I sure wish that I got in on that when the stock was .67 cents

They addressed the communication with shareholders and committed to improved communication via press releases
